Course 04 of 13
Cybersecurity
Learn how systems are attacked, and how to protect them. Cybersecurity is about keeping people, data and systems safe. You explore how networks and accounts are compromised, and the habits, tools and thinking used to defend them.
In plain words
Cybersecurity people are the locksmiths and security guards of the digital world.

Our money, messages and records now live on computers and phones. Criminals try to break in to steal or damage them. Cybersecurity is the work of stopping them.
You learn how attacks really happen, such as fake messages that trick people or weak passwords that get guessed, and then how to protect accounts, devices and company systems. You need patience and curiosity more than a maths background.
Where this skill is used
