Course 12 of 13

Product Management

Learn to decide what gets built, and why. Product management sits between the people who use a product, the people who build it, and the organisation that needs it to succeed. You explore how good product decisions are made and communicated.

Enrol & pay

In plain words

A product manager is like the captain of a football team: not the one doing everything, but the one making sure everyone is working towards the same goal.

Prefer to listen? Hear this course explained in about a minute.

When a company builds an app, someone has to decide what gets built first, what can wait, and whether it is actually helping customers. That person is the product manager.

You learn to understand what users and the business need, turn that into a clear plan, and work with designers and developers to deliver it. It needs no coding. It suits organised people who communicate well and like asking why.

Where this skill is used

  • Tech companies and startups
  • Banks and businesses with digital products
  • Leading projects in almost any organisation
