Privacy policy

What this covers

This policy explains what information the Haut Hub website collects and how we use it. It applies to this website only.

Information you give us

When you fill in an enquiry form, you give us:

  • Your name
  • Your WhatsApp number
  • Your email address, if you choose to give it
  • The programme or service you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or Instagram, those services handle your message under their own privacy policies.

Bookings and referrals

When you reach the payment step of a booking, or register a referral link, the details you entered (your name, WhatsApp number, email if you gave one, what you booked, any promo code and who referred you) are saved in Haut Hub’s own records, a private staff dashboard. We use them to confirm your booking and to pay referral rewards to the right people. If you reach the payment step but don’t send a receipt, a member of the team may message you on WhatsApp to help you finish or answer your questions and, if you gave an email address, we send you one reminder email with the payment details. We never send more than one. Just tell us if you’re not interested and we’ll remove your details. If you used someone’s referral link, they are told that a booking came through their link, not your other details.

Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer from your own banking app, straight to Haut Hub’s bank account. You do not enter any card or bank details on this website. You then send your receipt to us on WhatsApp, which handles that message under its own privacy policy.

If we switch on card payments in future, they will be handled by Paystack on Paystack’s own page, and we will never see or store your card details.

The AI guide

The chat guide on this website is an AI assistant. The questions you type are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, so that it can answer. Please don’t type private information into it. It can make mistakes, so confirm important details with the team.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not use advertising cookies, and it does not follow you around other websites.

Analytics, only if you accept. If you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country and city, worked out from the internet address), the type of device and browser, how visitors found the site, and actions such as starting an enrolment or sending a message. Google sets cookies on your device to do this. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or the text of your messages to Google Analytics, and we have switched off its advertising features.

If you choose “No thanks”, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time:

Your choice: not chosen yet

Separately, the site stores a few small items in your own browser so that it works properly:

  • That you closed the announcement strip or the cookie notice, and your analytics choice, so you are not asked again
  • A short-lived note used to recover the page if it fails to load

These stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time in your browser’s settings.

The company that hosts this website may also record basic technical details of visits, such as your IP address, to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about the programme or service you asked about. We do not sell your information.

Children

Enquiries about children’s programmes should be made by a parent or guardian. Please do not include more information about a child than is needed for the enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello.hauthub@gmail.com or call 0808 228 6122.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
